Bhd., a joint venture with Halo Technologies Sdn. Bhd., to develop and commercialise advanced Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems for the global semiconductor industry. As part of this milestone, Kumpulan Modal Perdana Sdn. Bhd. (KMP)a tech-focused venture capital firm wholly owned by the Minister of Finance and operating under the purview of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation will invest up to US$672,000 (RM3. 2 million) in Halovision. The funds will accelerate the development of the Raptor series for substrate panel inspection and the i-Falke series for wafer-level inspection, as well as supporting working capital requirements. This partnership is a strong vote of confidence in Halovisions technology and vision.
