**At Least Three Wounded at ICE Facility in Dallas; Shooter Dead**
Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem confirmed in an X post that there were multiple injuries and fatalities at an ICE facility in Dallas. She stated that the shooter is deceased, having died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
