The 243 assembly seats in Bihar will go to polls in two phases, scheduled for November 6 and November 11. The vote counting is set to take place on November 14.
Addressing the media, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Kumar stated, “The Election Commission of India (ECI) has already taken a decision to conduct Systematic Voter Identification and Registration (SIR) throughout the country.”
