– **Nicholas Powell**, 36, of 301 Old Marshall Road, Dracut; charged on warrant for failure to appear for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
– **Daniel Ramos-Vallejo**, 23, of 35 Temple St., Apt. 19, Lowell; operating a motor vehicle after license suspension and failing to submit a motor vehicle for inspection.

– **Kristen Butler**, 25, of 205 Farrwood Drive, Haverhill; charged on warrants for failure to appear for two counts of trespassing and shoplifting by asportation, and trespassing.
– **Bryant Dottin**, 28, of 18 Morton St., Lowell; charged on warrants for failure to appear for unregistered motor vehicle and suspended license.
– **Divine Morse**, 25, of 271 E. Eighth St., No. 410, Boston; charged on warrant for uninsured motor vehicle.
