UK Health Secretary Wes Streeting has denied allegations that he was plotting to oust Prime Minister Keir Starmer. However, he did not hold back in launching a series of sharp criticisms directed at the Prime Minister’s political operation.
“It’s not true,” Streeting said in response to claims made by allies of Starmer suggesting he was seeking to replace the premier. Speaking in an interview with Sky News on Wednesday morning, he added, “I don’t know where Lord Lucan is, I didn’t shoot JFK,” accusing the Prime Minister’s aides of indulging in conspiracy theories.
