Mitt Romney’s sister-in-law, Carrie Elizabeth Romney, 64, tragically died after plunging from the roof of a five-story parking garage in Santa Clarita, California, according to a report by the Daily Mail.

Authorities stated that Carrie fell “backwards from a seated position” from the top level of the garage near an apartment complex. Surveillance footage reportedly showed her pacing on the rooftop for an extended period before the incident. Additionally, a note was found in her car.
