How To Start the New Mansion Teaser Missions in GTA Online
GTA Online has just introduced some exciting new missions that serve as a teaser for the upcoming ability to purchase a mansion (or maybe even two!). These missions, titled “New Listings”, are fairly short but offer great rewards. Complete them by December 7, 2025, and you’ll receive a massive $2 million discount on a mansion purchase! And that’s not all — there are additional bonuses waiting for you.
How to Start the “New Listings” Missions
To begin the “New Listings” missions, you first need to initiate the Money Front DLC. This starts by meeting with Martin Madrazo at the Los Santos International Airport. Upon arrival, simply watch the cutscene unfold. Note that while this introduces the Car Wash property, you do not need to purchase it to proceed with the new missions.
After the cutscene, open your map and look for the Prix Luxury Real Estate icon, located in the northwestern part of Los Santos, in the Tongva Hills area — the site of Devin Weston’s mansion. Head to this location, and you should receive a call from Raf De Angelis. This call officially starts the “New Listings” mission chain.
Mission Details and Rewards
The mission chain consists of only three missions, each fairly short. Completing all three should take no more than an hour of your time.
Here’s what you’ll get upon completion:
- $2,000,000 discount on a mansion purchase available from December 2025.
- $1,000,000 cash bonus awarded immediately after finishing the missions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn quick cash and save significantly when mansions become available in-game.
Additional Notes
At the moment, the exact prices for the upcoming mansions are unknown. However, given the generous $2 million discount, it’s safe to assume that these properties will be very expensive.
