Tonight on The Stevetendo Show, we’re kicking off a brand new playthrough! It’s been a while since we’ve played a Legend of Zelda game on the show, but that’s all changing this evening. We’re starting a Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom playthrough on the Nintendo Switch 2.
I really enjoyed playing this game on the original Nintendo Switch, and I’m excited to see how it looks and performs on the new Nintendo Switch 2. This game is massive and packed with secrets, so I haven’t yet decided on a completion percentage for this playthrough. While I doubt we’ll find all the hidden Koroks, I’ll definitely do my best to uncover most of the shrines and upgrades.
The stream goes live at 5 p.m. PDT / 8 p.m. EDT, so join The Stevetendo Show for the start of the Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom – Switch 2 Edition playthrough. Shackers who want to join the fun can head over to the Shacknews Twitch channel, where The Stevetendo Show airs every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
If you can’t make tonight’s stream, don’t worry! You can catch us on Wednesday nights at 5 p.m. PDT / 8 p.m. EDT.
Coming up on the show, we’ll also continue our Pokémon Legends Z-A playthrough, along with more adventures in Super Mario Galaxy 2. We’re climbing the ranks in the Z-A Battle Royale in Pokémon, and as for Super Mario Galaxy 2, we recently cleared World 3 and are hunting down the Prankster Comet stars whenever we can. The action is heating up, and you won’t want to miss it!
Be sure to check out the Shacknews Twitch channel and the Shacknews VODs YouTube channel. Catch up on your favorite Shacknews programs by subscribing to the YouTube channel and following the Twitch channel.
Also, if you didn’t know, Shacknews now offers a great new service called Shackmaps. The awesome Shacknews staff has created detailed maps for some of your favorite video games to help you avoid getting lost.
On a more personal note, today is Veterans Day. If you see a veteran, please take a moment to thank them for their service. My grandfather and a good friend of mine were veterans, and it truly takes a lot to fight for your country. Let’s show our appreciation.
Finally, keep sending in your suggestions for games you’d love to see on The Stevetendo Show. If it’s on the Nintendo Switch 2 or the Nintendo Switch 2 Online service, it could be featured in an upcoming episode. You never know when Nintendo might add something new to the service, so stay tuned!
Thanks for reading, and I hope to see you all on the stream tonight!
