Report: Ed Oliver is expected to miss time with biceps injury

Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Ed Oliver is facing more time on the sidelines after sustaining a biceps injury in Sunday’s 40-9 victory over the Carolina Panthers.

Oliver, who previously missed four games this season due to an ankle injury, is expected to miss additional time as a result of the new injury. According to Cameron Wolfe of NFL Media, further tests will be conducted to determine the extent of the damage and how long Oliver will be out.

Despite the injury setback, Oliver made a significant impact in Sunday’s game, recording three tackles, two tackles for loss, two quarterback hits, and a sack.

The Bills recently welcomed back defensive linemen Michael Hoecht and Larry Ogunjobi from suspensions. However, if Oliver’s recovery period ends up being lengthy, Buffalo may look to add more reinforcements on the defensive front to bolster their line.
