Thieves Caught Stealing Clothing Items from Visalia Ross Store
VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) — A pair of thieves were allegedly caught stealing multiple clothing items from a retail store in Visalia. Officers apprehended Juan Vargas Reyes and Monica Valencia Torres outside the Ross location on Mooney Boulevard yesterday afternoon.
The duo is accused of using a push-to-talk radio and having a lookout in the parking lot while stealing various items from the store. Authorities also revealed that before being caught, the pair stole from another Ross location as well.
Both individuals were booked on multiple charges related to the thefts.
