The two famously began dating in January 2016 and welcomed their daughter, Dream, that December. Following an on-off relationship that included an engagement, they split for good in July 2017 amid a public spat. The fallout saw Rob accusing Angela of infidelity and substance use, as well as leaking nude photos of her.
Despite the drama, they were eventually able to put their differences aside and build a healthy co-parenting relationship for Dream’s sake. “I think the main thing is communication, and also learning your boundaries,” Angela told Access Hollywood in March. “Sometimes people lose themselves, and they’re so caught up in the other parent’s business to where they can’t even focus on themselves. But ultimately, focus on the kid, show respect, have boundaries and communication, and you should have a healthy co-parenting life.”
More recently, it seemed like things between them might be becoming romantic again. Angela made a sweet post about Rob on Instagram, featuring photos of her posing in a desert setting while wearing a romantic white lace outfit. She captioned the post, “This love is forever ♾️ @robkardashianofficial,” and Rob quickly liked it.
Angela later clarified that while they’re not officially back together, they are talking and seeing where things go. “We’re communicating,” Angela said last Saturday at the Los Angeles Women’s Expo. “And we’re going with the flow. And if God be, then it will be something.”
Rob hasn’t publicly commented on their possible reconciliation, but a source told People that so far, things are “going great.” A second insider agreed, describing the relationship between Rob and Angela—who was baptized in 2022 and is three years sober—as “surprisingly peaceful.”
