The Battlefield 6 Season 1 release date is set for October 28, 2025. The season will last for roughly three months, featuring several content drops throughout its duration.
Players can expect new goodies at the end of October, halfway through November, and at the start of December. A quick look at the BF6 Season 1 roadmap reveals exciting additions including two new maps and one limited-time event map.
What to Expect in Season 1
In addition to the maps, Season 1 will bring new weapons, gadgets, melee items, game modes, and a brand-new vehicle to the battlefield.
Most gaming seasons also include a battle pass, and since Battlefield 6 has yet to feature one, it’s likely that the first battle pass will launch alongside Season 1. This could also explain the mysterious third column found in the XP Boosters & Modifiers tab.
A safe assumption is that this column will house boosters designed to speed up your battle pass progression and ranking.
