MANILA, Philippines — The state-controlled Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) has approved a total of 19 Enhanced Community Mortgage Program (ECMP) projects nationwide, aiming to secure housing for more than 3,400 families.
In a statement on Thursday, SHFC said that moving forward, it expects to approve more ECMP projects in the coming weeks.
The approvals are part of the government’s ongoing efforts to provide affordable and sustainable housing solutions to Filipino families in need.
