**Baldur’s Gate 3 Hotfix #34 Brings Native Steam Deck Support and Multiple Fixes**

### Baldur’s Gate 3 Hotfix #34 Patch Notes
The patch notes for Hotfix #34 were uploaded to Steam today, featuring an extensive FAQ for the new Steam Deck build.
When launching the game on Steam Deck after applying Hotfix #34, the game will automatically use native Steam Deck graphics settings by default. Players can still customize these settings whether they choose to run the game natively or use Proton.

#### Crashes and Performance
– Fixed a potential crash related to the Slow condition during combat.
– Fixed a potential crash when using the Find Familiar spell on Scratch and Boo during combat.
#### Xbox
– Fixed a crash that could occur when suspending and then resuming the game mid-cinematic.
– Fixed a crash when loading a save during Honour Mode gameplay.
– Addressed an issue where the game could hang or become unresponsive when exiting to the Main Menu from an Honour Mode game.
– Resolved a Cross-Play problem where players with cross-network privileges blocked on Xbox were not notified when invited to multiplayer sessions, causing confusion about lobby access.
– Fixed a bug that caused new Honour Mode games to get stuck at 33% or 83% loading after previously loading a save.
– Fixed an issue with the Apostle of Myrkul regaining Hit Points every time a save was loaded mid-combat in Tactician and Honour Mode.
#### Audio
– Fixed looping sounds caused by djinn summons following the player, which created an unusual metallic thrum.
– Adjusted audio for smokepowder explosions on the floor above in Felogyr’s Fireworks, so they no longer sound like they happen right next to the player.
– Fixed audio levels for a rat in the Lower City, allowing it to be heard as intended.
– Restored missing sound effects (SFX) for casting spells like Wind Walk, Booming Blade, Speak with Dead, and subclass actions such as those from the Way of the Drunken Master and Starry Form.
– Corrected sound issues during cinematics, including missing or prematurely cut audio for characters like Astarion, Minthara, Halsin, and Vlaakith.
– Fixed assets related to Photo Mode sounds and the rattling Moonlantern SFX continuing after unequipping.
#### Cinematics
– Corrected imp animations on the nautiloid to face the correct direction.
– Fixed an overly close-up camera shot during dialogue with Raphael at Last Light.
– Removed a floating blood pool from a gnoll cinematic on the Risen Road when playing as a short Dark Urge character.
– Fixed a prematurely cut line from Karlach regarding Gale being a hero.
– Resolved a bug causing party members to appear as floating torsos or hair during conversations with Ketheric’s dog, Squire.
