Kianna Underwood, 33, a former Nickelodeon actress known for her roles in *All That* and *Little Bill*, was tragically killed in a double hit-and-run incident on Friday morning in Brooklyn.
According to the New York Police Department (NYPD), Underwood was crossing an intersection in the Brownsville neighborhood when she was first struck by a black Ford Explorer SUV. While lying in the street, she was then hit by a black and gray sedan. The actress was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both drivers fled the area and have not yet been identified, law enforcement officials said. The investigation remains ongoing.
### Kianna Underwood’s Career: What to Know
Underwood began her entertainment career in the late 1990s with Nickelodeon, voicing the character Fuschia Glover on the Nick Jr. animated series *Little Bill* from 1999 to 2004. The show, based on Bill Cosby’s book series, followed the adventures of a five-year-old African American boy and his family.
In 2005, she appeared in seven episodes of Nickelodeon’s popular sketch comedy show *All That*. This groundbreaking program became a cultural phenomenon for young audiences and ran for over a decade. It also served as a launching pad for numerous successful entertainment careers, including those of Nick Cannon, Kenan Thompson, and Amanda Bynes.
Underwood also had a background in musical theater, spending a year on the first national tour of *Hairspray*, where she performed as Little Inez, a supporting role in the Tony Award-winning Broadway production.
*All That* was Underwood’s last credited acting role. Although she stepped away from the entertainment industry after 2005, her contributions to children’s programming left a lasting impact on viewers who grew up watching Nickelodeon during that era.
