Grand Ole Opry Unveils Carnegie Hall Show Lineup

The Grand Ole Opry has announced the lineup for “An Evening with the Grand Ole Opry,” a special show set for March 20 at the Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall.

This memorable night will feature performances from Opry members Scotty McCreery, Rhonda Vincent, and Henry Cho, as well as the Grammy Award-nominated duo The War And Treaty. Additional artists will be announced soon.

Tickets are available here.

The one-night-only occasion is part of Carnegie Hall’s “United in Sound: America at 250” festival, celebrating the nation’s 250th anniversary. It also marks a continuation of the Grand Ole Opry’s 100th year.

This event will be the Opry’s fourth headlining performance at Carnegie Hall. The Opry made its Carnegie Hall debut in 1947 with the billing “Ernest Tubb and the Grand Ole Opry Stars,” delivering a sold-out show that featured legends such as Roy Acuff, Bill Monroe and the Blue Grass Boys, Minnie Pearl, Red Foley, Eddy Arnold, and The Carter Sisters with Mother Maybelle Carter.

In 1961, the Grand Ole Opry returned to Carnegie Hall for a benefit concert supporting the Musician’s Aid Society. This show was headlined by Patsy Cline in her only Carnegie Hall appearance and included numerous other all-star performers.

The Opry’s 2005 performance at Carnegie Hall celebrated its 80th anniversary with a star-studded lineup, including Trace Adkins, Vince Gill, Alison Krauss, Alan Jackson, Martina McBride, Brad Paisley, Ricky Skaggs, and Trisha Yearwood. Longtime Opry members Charley Pride, Little Jimmy Dickens, and Bill Anderson also took the stage.

“An Evening with the Grand Ole Opry” promises to be a remarkable celebration of country music’s rich history and its enduring legacy at one of the world’s most prestigious venues. Don’t miss this extraordinary event!
