Your first quest in the Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC for **Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2** is called *The Royal Physician*, setting you on the trail of Albich of Uniczow. ### How to Find Albich of Uniczow in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
To begin, make your way to **Kuttenberg**. Follow the quest marker to the apothecary located just off the main street, then go inside. Walk down the main hall towards the back of the building and look for **Oswald Torwart** near the rear on the ground floor. Talk to him — he will inform you that Albich is nearby and direct you to the next building.
Exiting out the front, you’ll notice two angry men shouting at the door, searching for Albich. There’s not much you can do at this point, so head back inside the apothecary.
Walk down the hall, exit through the back into the alley, then turn left. Continue past two houses until you see a stone archway. Head through it, and you’ll find Albich upstairs attending to a patient.
Approach Albich, talk to him, and present the letter. Shortly after, the two angry men will appear at the back of the house demanding to speak with Albich. Go downstairs to assist him in dealing with the unruly visitors.
You will be presented with dialogue options. Choose the one that best suits your character’s stats. However, regardless of your choice, there’s a strong chance you’ll need to fistfight the two men to resolve the situation.
Once the men have been sent on their way, talk to Albich again and agree to accompany him to the monastery. This will advance the quest and set you on your next path in the Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC.
