RadarOnline.com has learned that former President Joe Biden maintained a personal collection of secret notecards designed to remind him of the names and details of some of his closest allies. Throughout his single term in the White House, concerns about Biden’s mental health and well-being remained a frequent topic of discussion.

### Handing It to Biden: The Notecards

These previously hidden “palm cards” contained crucial information to help Biden recall whom he was speaking to and what topics were on the agenda. According to Fox News Digital, the cards featured names and photos of high-profile Democrats, including former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer.

Five separate palm cards surfaced during an investigation into National Archive documents concerning the Biden administration’s use of an autopen. For those unfamiliar, palm cards are hand-sized notecards commonly used by politicians for quick references and reminders during speeches or meetings.

A former Biden staffer described the practice to Fox News Digital as “standard operating procedure for briefing materials,” stating, “Should the staff not have told the President that Chuck Schumer was attending?” This insight suggests that the cards served as an essential tool to help keep the president informed during engagements.

### Presidential Cheat Sheets for an Aging Leader

Whether Biden, now 82, actively relied on these cards remains unclear. However, they served as ideal cheat sheets for the aging president. One card obtained by Fox News Digital was titled “Presidential Medal of Freedom Recipients,” featuring photos and brief biographies—including a snapshot of Hillary Clinton, accompanied by a note reminding that she had been “the Secretary of State in the Obama-Biden administration.”

Another card displayed photos of Chuck Schumer and Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin, along with explanations of their roles in the Senate, their political affiliations, and the states they represent. Additional cards included names of various political allies, Hollywood figures, and appeared to contain notes and talking points for interviews.

Four of the five cards were stamped with a disclaimer in all caps: “PRESIDENT HAS SEEN,” indicating that Biden had reviewed the material.

### Biden’s Use of an Autopen

An investigation has also been launched by former President Donald Trump into Biden’s use—and alleged dependency—on an autopen during the final days of his presidency. Trump criticized Biden’s pardon decisions, claiming many were made without proper consideration. Notably, Biden issued pardons to several politically sensitive individuals, including preemptive pardons for those who had previously opposed Trump, such as Dr. Anthony S. Fauci.

However, Biden has maintained that he was fully responsible for every decision. Speaking to *The New York Times* earlier this year, he said, “I made every single one of those. And, including the categories, when we set this up to begin with. But I understand why Trump would think that, because obviously, I guess, he doesn’t focus much… so, yes, I made every decision.”

Biden defended his use of the autopen by explaining, “There were a lot” of documents to sign, adding, “The autopen is legal. As you know, other presidents used it, including Trump. But the point is that, you know, we’re talking about a whole lot of people.”

### Ongoing Mental Health Concerns

Throughout and after his presidency, Biden’s mental and physical health has been under intense scrutiny. Public attention heightened recently after Biden disclosed his diagnosis with prostate cancer, described as having a “Gleason score of 9,” indicating an aggressive form of the disease.

Dr. Zeke Emanuel, a leading oncologist and former health policy advisor to President Obama, suggested that Biden likely had the cancer while serving as president. Speaking on *Morning Joe* on May 19, Dr. Emanuel said, “He probably had it at the start of his presidency, in 2021. Yes, I don’t think there’s any disagreement about that.”

As Biden continues to navigate the challenges of his post-presidency life, questions about his health and capacity have become an ongoing topic of discussion.
