OGDEN, Utah (AP) — Trevor Henning scored 20 points as Weber State defeated NCCAA-member West Coast Baptist 130-38 in a season-opening game for the Wildcats. Henning also contributed seven rebounds for Weber State.
Jace Whiting added 19 points, going 8 for 13 from the field, including 3 for 7 from beyond the arc, along with five assists. David Hansen chipped in 15 points, shooting 5 of 10 overall and 5 for 9 from three-point range.
For West Coast Baptist, Austin Pace led the team with 24 points and six rebounds. Troy Santos scored seven points, while Alex South added five points and seven rebounds.
