MANILA, Philippines – Maverick Ahanmisi is looking forward to teaming up with his younger brother, Jerrick, at Terrafirma following a recent trade.
Ahanmisi’s trade wishes were granted by Barangay Ginebra, as he was sent to the Dyip alongside fellow 2015 Rookie Class member Aljon Mariano. In exchange, Ginebra received the first-round pick in next season’s PBA Draft.
The veteran guard expressed excitement about the new chapter in his career and the opportunity to play alongside his brother.
